  • BREAKFAST: 9:30-10am (optional)

  • Roundtable Discussion: 10-11:45am

  • SWC STAFF MEETING (HQ): 11:45am-12:45pm

  • LUNCH: 1-2pm

  • EXTRA TIME UPON REQUEST: 2-3:30pm (optional ministry specific consultations available)
